Everything you need to know about delivery timelines, courier options, and how we handle returns or reprints on decorated stock.
Standard delivery
Door-to-door courier across South Africa. Main-centre orders arrive in 2–4 working days once decoration is complete. Regional and outlying areas add 1–3 days.
Express & same-day
Available in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban on undecorated stock. Charged at courier cost — request a quote at checkout or via your account manager.
Lead times by decoration
- Screen print: 5–7 working days after artwork sign-off
- Embroidery: 7–10 working days
- Sublimation: 10–14 working days
- Laser & pad print (gifts): 5–7 working days
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Corporate accounts on approved terms are invoiced with actual courier waybills.
Returns & reprints
Undecorated stock
Returnable within 14 days in original packaging. A 15% handling fee applies and return courier is for the customer's account.
Decorated / branded orders
Custom-branded goods cannot be returned unless the fault lies with us (incorrect artwork placement, colour deviation outside spec, or defective garment). Approved mock-ups are the reference.
Faulty items
Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint, replace, or credit — your call.
How to start a return
Email hello@kwailekr.com with your order number and photos. We'll issue an RMA within one working day.
