A tribute to the land, the farm, and the craft of distilling-the inspiration behind this spirit. Crafted using fine South African brandy blended with rich butterscotch, honey and hand harvested herbs using our unique butterwash technique, made in small batches at Post House Wines, Stellenbosch. Tasting notes: butterscotch, molasses, honey, aniseed, and a slight herbal note. Dark oak brown in appearance with a thick, smooth mouthfeel. Enjoy on the rocks, or in an Espresso Martini, Dom Pedro, or Highlander. 24%abv 500ml
