Penny Black | Red Blend 2023 32% Shiraz, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot & 7% Chenin Blanc A full bodied blend that shows a nose of floral petals, blackcurrant, fynbos and white pepper spice. A well-structured wine with soft but structured tannins and ripe fruit on the palate giving a long and lingering finish. Alcohol: 14.0% Residual Sugar: 1.8g/L Total Acid: 5.8g/L pH: 3.65 Maturation potential: 10-12 years.
