Stamp of Chenin | Chenin Blanc 2025 100% wooded Chenin Blanc A barrel fermented Chenin Blanc that offers a nose of pineapple, vanilla, citrus and a touch of buttery oak. Rich full bodied palate with delicate flavours of tropical fruit. The wine has a creamy mouthfeel with a soft acidity to accompany the lingering finish. Alcohol: 14.21% vol. Total acid: 5.3 g/L Residual sugar: 3 g/L pH: 3.56 Maturation potential: 4-6 years
